Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Novo Studio and the studio's clients. Please read them carefully.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings are made by phone or through the contact form. If you are unable to attend, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Treatments

Every treatment is preceded by a free consultation. New clients complete a health questionnaire. Specialists reserve the right to decline a treatment in case of medical contraindications.

Payment

Payment is made after the treatment – in cash or by card. Vouchers are valid until the date stated on them.
